In some cases, certain security settings may be undertaken by a merchant; for example, it may require that the card is issued exactly in the country in which the customer is located. We recommend that you ask the merchant about the reasons for declining for a particular transaction. We do not impede the payment from being processed if the card has sufficient funds, including the possible currency exchange fee of 2%.
