Business account verification (KYB) is mandatory and unlocks payment acceptance, mass payouts, bank transfers, APIs, and higher transaction limits.

1. In your dashboard, go to Verification and enter your phone number — this step is confirmed instantly.
2. Fill in your company details: legal name, registration number, country of incorporation, and address.
3. Upload your corporate documents — the exact list depends on your company structure, country of incorporation, and business activity. You don't need to provide everything at once; additional documents may be requested during review.
4. Complete identity verification for directors, beneficial owners, and other responsible persons (document upload, selfie, and liveness check).

Company document verification usually takes up to 24 hours after all required information has been submitted; more complex cases may take longer. You can track your verification status on the Verification page.
