You can configure additional security tools in the Security Settings section to help prevent unauthorized access.
For the highest level of protection, we recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). With 2FA enabled, you will need to enter a one-time security code when signing in to your account or confirming payments.
You can receive these codes through:
- a mobile authentication app;
- email;
- our bot on supported messenger platforms;
- the Protectimus app for iOS or Android.
Using an authentication app provides an additional layer of security.
Password Security Recommendations
To help keep your account secure, please follow these password protection guidelines:
- Never share your account password with anyone. Please remember that our support team will never ask you to provide your password to resolve any request. Other users or third parties do not need your password to send funds to your account.
- Do not save your password in your browser. Always enter it manually to reduce the risk of unauthorized access.
- Use a unique password for your Volet.com account and do not reuse it on other websites. If any website, service, or person asks you to provide your Volet.com password, do not enter it.
- Change your password regularly. To update your password, click on your name in the top-right corner of your account and select Change password.

Stay Alert Against Phishing Attempts
If you receive a suspicious email:
- Check the sender’s address carefully.
- Never click links in suspicious emails.
- If you have already clicked a suspicious link, do not enter your password or any other sensitive information.
