The ATM decline fee is 0.55 EUR/USD. It is charged when:

•  The amount is invalid.
•  The card has expired.
•  The number of incorrect PIN entry attempts is exceeded.
•  The card has insufficient funds.
•  You entered a wrong PIN.
•  The PIN format/number of characters in the PIN are invalid.
