Important! Asia-Pacific card program is only available for citizens of Australia, Japan, the Philippines, New Zealand, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, Vietnam, South Korea, or if you have a government-issued long-term residence/permanent residence ID document.

The address verification document must be one of the following:
· Utility bill (electricity, gas, water)
· Telecom bill (internet, cable, landline)
· Tax Statement
· Bank/credit card statement (also possible in .pdf)
· Signed and stamped confirmation letter from the bank saying you have an account with that bank
· **No Mobile phone statements
· **No screenshots or pictures of a picture

Document requirements:
· All four corners must be clearly visible for every document;
· The address document must be in your name and cannot be older than 3 months;
· Only Latin characters are accepted
