You will see your PIN code right after card activation; all further requests are paid. To avoid multiple charges for PIN code request fees, we recommend saving your PIN code and keeping it in a safe place.

The PIN code request fee for our Asia-Pacific cards is 2 USD, according to the tariffs of our card vendor. To check the PIN, you will need to click on the card icon in the account, then on three dots near the card name, and choose the corresponding option.
