Manual mass payouts let you send payments to multiple Volet.com users in a single batch, using one currency per batch. A processing fee of 0.5% applies.

1. Go to Create payout.
2. Select the currency for this batch (USD or EUR).
3. Choose an input method:
   Manual — add recipients one by one: email, amount, and an optional note.
   Upload CSV — upload a file with recipient details (columns: email, amount, note — header row optional; max 50 rows).
4. Review the order summary (recipients, currency, subtotal, processing fee) and click Validate recipients.
5. Once validated, you'll receive an Order ID. Save it in case you need to check the payout status later.
6. Click Pay. If you're not already logged in during this browser session, you'll be asked to log in.
7. Select the wallet the funds will be deducted from.
8. Enter the one-time confirmation code sent to your email.
9. The payment is sent.

You can include up to 50 recipients in one batch, and all payments within a batch must use the same currency.
