This security feature allows you to sign in to your account only from the IP addresses, IP address ranges, or countries you specify. You can add up to 5 individual IP addresses, 5 IP address ranges, or select the countries from which sign-in is allowed. For maximum protection, we recommend using this feature together with two-factor authentication.

You can configure this setting in the Security section of your account.

If you need to restore access to an account that has IP address restrictions enabled, please create a support ticket describing your issue in detail. Please note that, for security reasons, you will be required to complete the identity verification process before access can be restored.
