- Click the desired crypto wallet on the left side of your account.
- Select “Receive via address.”
- In the “Set destination” field, make sure that the crypto wallet you wish to fund is selected as the target wallet.
- In the “Network” field, select the network you will use to send the funds.
- Copy the displayed crypto address or scan the QR code containing your crypto address.
- Send the funds to the specified address from an external platform.
Important: When initiating a transfer from an external platform, please make sure that you are sending the correct cryptocurrency over the correct network. Funds sent using a cryptocurrency or network different from the one selected may be lost and cannot be recovered.
