- Click the desired crypto wallet on the left side of your account.
- Select “Send.”
- In the “Set destination” field, select “Other crypto wallet.”
- In the “Network” field, select the network you wish to use.
- In the “Recipient address” field, enter the crypto wallet address on the external platform and select the appropriate network.
- In the “Set amount” section, enter the amount you wish to send and select the crypto wallet from which the funds will be deducted.
- In the “Target currency” field, the cryptocurrency that will be sent to your external crypto wallet will be displayed.
Click “Send.”
Important: Please make sure that the cryptocurrency and network selected on Volet.com match the cryptocurrency and network supported by the external platform. Sending funds using an incorrect cryptocurrency or network may result in the funds being lost and unrecoverable.
If a TxID (transaction hash) has been generated for your transfer, this means that our platform has successfully processed the transaction. Such transactions cannot be canceled or reversed.
If the funds have not been credited to the destination address and a TxID has already been generated, please get in touch with the support team of the external platform where your wallet is registered to check the status of the transaction on their side.
