- Click the desired crypto wallet on the left side of your account.
- Select “Buy.”
- In the “Set source” field, select your Volet.com fiat wallet.
- In the “Set destination” field, select “Other crypto wallet.”
- In the “Recipient address” field, enter the crypto wallet address from the external platform and select the appropriate network.
- In the “Set amount” section, enter the amount you wish to purchase and select the specific fiat wallet (EUR/USD) from which the funds will be deducted.
- In the “Target currency” field, select the cryptocurrency you wish to purchase.
- Click “Buy.”
Important: If a TxID (hash) has been generated for your transfer, this means that our platform has successfully processed the transaction. Such transactions cannot be canceled or reversed.
If the funds have not been credited to the destination address and a TxID has already been generated, please get in touch with the support team of the external platform where your wallet is registered to check the status of the transaction on their side.
