After you submit a card order, the system shows you the documents required for that specific card program.
Requirements vary by issuer — some need identity verification only, others also require proof of address or additional documents.
Card verification is reviewed separately from your account verification and may take several business days.

If you don't have the required documents, you can cancel the order and request a refund of the card issuance fee.
