Identity Verification
Identity verification may be denied if the document you uploaded does not meet the following requirements:
- Name in the document does not match the name you entered when signing up.
- The document in the image is smaller than 800x600 px.
- The image is black and white or blurry.
- Image has hidden areas or unreadable data.
- Image was modified in a graphics editor. If your submission is denied, we will notify you via email and include the decline reason.
After that, you will be able to fix the issues and resubmit your document. If you have any problems with uploading the documents, please go to the Identity verification article to create a ticket with details for our support operators to look into.
Address Verification
For us to verify your address, please provide one of the following documents:
- Utility bill.
- Bank statement.
- Bank account confirmation.
- Address stamp in your passport.
The full list of accepted documents can be found in the Verification section of your account.
A submission may be declined if:
- The document (except passport) was issued more than 3 months before submission.
- The document does not contain your full name or address.
- The document in the image is smaller than 600x800 px.
- The printed bank document is not signed or stamped.
- Not all 4 corners of the document are visible on the image.
- The image is black and white or blurry.
- The printed document is not in Latin or Cyrillic script.
- The digital document was modified in a graphics editor.
- The image was modified in a graphics editor.
Please note that the verification of the address is not mandatory to receive 'Verified' status. Verification of the address is necessary only if you want to top up your account by bank transfer. The system will also ask you to confirm the address for ordering cards.
If your submission is denied, we will notify you via email and include the decline reason. After that, you will be able to fix the issues and resubmit your document.
