Address verification is optional, but some payment methods or card programs may require it. You can complete it after your identity verification is approved.
- On the Verification page, start the address verification step.
- Select the address document you want to use, then upload or photograph it.
- Submit the request. Your status will update on the Verification page, and you'll get an email once the review is done — usually within a few minutes (in rare cases, up to 24 hours).
Accepted documents:
- Utility bill (electricity, gas, water)
- Telecom bill (internet, cable TV, landline phone)
- Bank or credit card statement (a digital PDF from online banking is accepted)
- Bank account confirmation letter (signed and stamped by the bank)
- Tax statement or government-issued document
- Lease agreement or insurance document (property or vehicle)
- Vehicle registration certificate (not older than 3 years)
- Registration address in your passport, national ID, or driver's license
Document requirements:
- Contains your full name and current address.
- Issued within the last 3 months (except passport/ID/driver's license).
- Image resolution at least 800×600 pixels, all four corners visible.
- Color photo or scan only, in Latin or Cyrillic characters.
- Paper bank documents must have a signature and a stamp.
